Khus Campground is a primitive boat-in campsite at Santa Margarita Lake Recreation Area, managed by San Luis Obispo County Parks. It is one of the designated primitive sites accessible only by boat, along with Sapwi. Reservations can be made for individuals or groups (up to five sites maximum). The recreation area offers fishing, boating, multi-use trails, and other amenities, but swimming is not permitted as it is a drinking water reservoir.
