Kershaw-Ryan State Park Campground is located just outside Caliente in southeast Nevada. The campground features 16 sites for tents and RVs with shade ramadas, picnic tables, fire rings, and grills. The park is home to CCC-built facilities and sits within a lush desert oasis fed by natural springs, with 700-foot canyon walls. Amenities include a dump station, restrooms, showers, and a wading pool. The park offers hiking and mountain biking trails with scenic overlooks and views of Rainbow Canyon. The park is open year-round. Summers can be hot with afternoon thunderstorms and flash floods possible during the monsoon season (July-August). Winters can be cold with possible snow in December and January.
