Kelly Park/Rock Springs features a free-flowing natural spring at 68 degrees year-round, with 26 individual RV/tent campsites and 2 group campsites. Sites include picnic tables, fire rings with grills, water access, and electric hookups. The park offers swimming, tubing, hiking, picnicking, full-service concession, picnic pavilions, and playground. Adjacent Camp Joy provides group dormitory camping, meeting hall, dining hall, basketball court, and horseshoe pits. Reservations required for individual sites via online system; group sites via email to KellyCamping@ocfl.net. No pets, alcohol, or motorized vessels in certain areas. Park hours: Summer 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Winter 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Additional Info: Located next to Rock Springs Run State Reserve. Entrance and dump fees included in camping charge.
