Keller Peak Yellow Post #3 is one of nine individual free campsites in San Bernardino National Forest along Keller Peak Road (Forest Road 1N96), available on a first-come-first-served basis only. Each site is limited to a maximum of 8 people and 2 vehicles with very limited space. Amenities include 1 picnic table and 1 fire ring per site. There are no restroom facilities or drinking water available. Please pack it in, pack it out, and follow Leave No Trace principles. Maximum stay is 14 days. The road is paved but narrow, not recommended for trailers or RVs. Sites are near Children's Forest Visitor Center, Exploration Trail, and Keller Peak Fire Lookout. Horses/pack animals allowed with restrictions.
