Kebler Pass Designated Camping Area
About this site
Designated camping in the Kebler Pass/Lake Irwin area, close to Crested Butte. 31 sites are available and camping is allowed only in designated sites. Each site has a fire ring and is marked with a unit marker. Additional Info: Kebler Pass Area offers 36 sites: KP 1-9 along Kebler Pass Rd #12, KP 10-31 along Lake Irwin Rd #826, and SG 1-5 in Splains Gulch (high clearance 4x4 required). All sites are first come first served with metal fire rings. Limited to two vehicles per site. Camping permitted only in designated sites per Forest Order GMUG-2022-10.
