About this site
Kalispell Island Boat-In Campground is located on Priest Lake in the Idaho Panhandle National Forests. The campground features 52 sites (51 single sites and one group site) accessible only by boat. All sites are surrounded by clear waters of Priest Lake with views of the Selkirk Mountains. Most campsites require campers to bring their own portable toilets, which can be checked out at the Kalispell Boat Launch. This is a pack-it-in, pack-it-out facility with no drinking water available. Picnic tables and campfire rings are provided at each site. A 2.5-mile loop trail encircles the island offering lake views and bird watching opportunities. Open late May through mid-September, 24 hours per day. 14-day camping limit. Pets must be leashed at all times.
