There are 6 separate tent platform sites here. Each site has a tent platform that can be covered by a tarp, picnic table, and a fire ring. Close access to the boat launch on the Situk River. There is a large pavillion with many picnic tables, a fire ring, and a grill for day use only. Additional Info: Kaats'Heeni Yanshuka, also known as Nine Mile Campground, offers six tent platforms in a rustic setting along the Situk River. It is free, first-come first-served, and open year-round. Popular with anglers. Bear country; practice proper food storage. No potable water; pack out trash. Bathroom facilities currently closed.
