Jimsmith Lake Provincial Park is a 35-site campground situated among a lakeside Douglas fir and larch forest, located 5 km southwest of Cranbrook, BC. The park offers vehicle-accessible campsites on a first-come, first-served basis, with campsite reservations also accepted. Amenities include pit toilets, drinking water, picnic areas, boat launch, and a large waterfront day-use area. The park is open year-round, with the campground operating from mid-June to September. Activities include swimming, non-motorized boating (car top boats and canoes only; power boats prohibited), fishing, hiking, biking, and winter activities such as tobogganing and ice-skating. Pets are allowed but must be on leash and are not permitted in beach, day-use, or building areas. RV length limit is 32 ft; no hookups are available.
