Formerly Bear Cove Village, the park now features expanded family activities, themed events, and character experiences with Yogi Bear™ and friends—plus RV sites, cabins (open June 1), and a peaceful Smoky Mountain setting. Additional Info: All RV sites feature full concrete pads, picnic tables, and full hookups (30‑amp and 50‑amp, water, sewer). Premium sites add more space and a patio set. The campground offers clean bathhouses with showers, laundry facilities, a seasonal outdoor pool, a catch‑and‑release fishing pond, on‑site gift shop, and pet‑friendly options.
