About this site

A small campground nestled on tree-covered hillsides within a 561-acre state park. The park features 24 tent, trailer, and RV campsites, plus 4 backcountry campsites. Amenities include water and electric hookups, hot showers, restrooms, laundry facilities, picnic tables, fire pits, and grills. RV sites accommodate vehicles up to 50 feet with 30-amp electrical service and water hookups. The park offers two stocked lakes (51 acres total), three miles of lake loop trails, a boardwalk, ADA-accessible fishing pier, two boat ramps (electric motors only), pedal boat rentals, playgrounds, and access to the Pinhoti Trail trailhead 1.6 miles away. Open year-round with park gates open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Surrounded by rural countryside and Chattahoochee National Forest.
