About this site

Independence Creek Campground is located 1 mile west of Independence, CA along Independence Creek. It offers 29 primitive campsites with vault toilets, potable water (seasonal), picnic tables, fire rings, and grills. RVs up to 30 ft can be accommodated. Sites 16-29 are currently closed due to a damaged bridge. Reservations available via ReserveAmerica; first-come-first-served sites also offered. $14 per vehicle per night. Pets allowed on leash. No showers or hookups. Additional Info: Campsites divided with some along the road and others north of the creek. Creek stocked with trout (fishing license required last Saturday in April to November 15). Six people maximum per site. Additional vehicle $5.
