About this site
This site has a large canopy of larch and is stunning in the fall when the larch changes colour. It has a cartop boat launch and this lake's rainbow trout quota is 1, bait ban, electric motors only and ice fishing is not allowed. Idleback Lake Recreation Site has a posted rule that parties (and their units) MUST vacate the recreation site for 14 days prior to returning under Section 20(3) of the Forest Recreation Regulation. Limit of stay continues to be congruent with the existing 14 day maximum stay in any recreation site. Additional Info: First come, first served with no reservations. 18 sites available including tent and RV sites. Pit toilets and cartop boat launch. Dog friendly. Fishing nearby.
