Hurricane Cliffs Campsite #29 is a designated free dispersed camping site in the BLM-managed Hurricane Cliffs Recreation Area near Virgin, Utah. This primitive site offers stunning red rock views and access to mountain biking trails, serving as an excellent base for Zion National Park. No amenities including water, toilets, or trash services are available—campers must be fully self-contained and pack out all waste. Fire rings are present at sites. The area accommodates tents, vans, and RVs up to big rig sizes via dirt roads, though access can be challenging when wet. Pets are allowed. Strong cell service reported (T-Mobile excellent, AT&T 2-3 bars). Stay limit is typically 14 days.
