Hurricane Cliffs Designated Dispersed Camping Area is a free, first-come-first-served BLM camping area with 56 designated sites near Virgin, Utah. Each site is delineated with a numbered placard and metal fire ring. All sites are suitable for tent camping, but not all sites are accessible to RVs or trailers. Occupancy is limited to 14 days in a 28-day period. No drinking water or toilets at individual sites; restrooms are located at nearby Sheep Bridge Trailhead, Jem Trailhead, and Virgin Dam Trailhead. Campfires are permitted in steel fire rings only. The area is located east of Hurricane, UT via Utah State Hwy 59 and State Hwy 9, less than 30 minutes from Zion National Park. Dogs are allowed.
