HTR Acadia Campground (formerly known as Somes Sound View Campground) is located on Mount Desert Island near Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. It offers tent sites, RV sites, and cabins with views of Somes Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. Facilities include clean bathhouses with showers, toilets, drinking water, electric hookups, firewood, picnic tables, market, ADA access, trash service, reservable sites, WiFi, phone service, pool, and waterfront access for kayaking and fishing. Pets are allowed and campfires permitted. Additional Info: Sites are shaded and spaced well. Close to hiking trails and outdoor activities.
