Howard County Fairgrounds Campground offers self-register camping available to the public from April/May to October/November (weather dependent). Features water and 50-amp electrical hookups (30-amp also available), sewer dumping station on site. 26 sites 30′ deep, 16 sites 70′ deep. Reservations not required except Fair week; long-term camping (>5 days) and tent camping require pre-approval. Showers and restrooms not available except during Fair week. Camping fee $10 per night. Additional Info: Located 1.5 blocks north of State Highway 9 on West 7th Street in Cresco, Iowa.
