Houston Nature Center Trailhead Campground
About this site
Walk-in tent camping area with ten secluded campsites. Each site features a shade tree, fire ring, and picnic table (sites 5 & 6 have no tables). Campsites are mowed weekly and located on level ground. Amenities include a porta-potty near the campground and access to the Nature Center facility with full bathrooms and showers open 24-7. A pavilion (approximately 32' x 24') is available for rest, meals, and phone charging. Located two blocks from downtown Houston, Minnesota businesses. Sites are $10 per night. Walk-ins welcome. Payment can be made at the Nature Center during posted hours or in the slot between restroom mirrors after hours using provided envelopes.
