Horse Corral Pack Station
About this site
Horse Camp Campground is a primitive equestrian camping area located 13 miles southeast of Grant Grove via Generals Highway to Big Meadow Road (Road 14S11) in Sequoia National Forest. The campground sits at 7,600 feet elevation and contains five campsites with horse corrals and vaulted toilet facilities. The area is accessible only by trails. There is no water available at the site; visitors must bring their own water. The campground is operated in cooperation with Sequoia National Forest and Back Country Horsemen of California - San Joaquin Sierra Unit.
