Horine Reservation
About this site
Primitive camping area within Jefferson Memorial Forest, managed by Louisville Metro Parks. Seven family campsites and four group campsites available. Each site equipped with picnic tables, fire rings, and access to potable water. Portable toilets available. No shower facilities. Locked gate access ensures security and limits through traffic to registered campers only. Four hiking trails wind through the forest, ranging from 1.5 to 13 miles through mixed hardwood and coniferous stands. Leashed pets allowed. ADA accessible. Cell service available in most areas.
