Hopkins Creek Equestrian State Forest Campground and Trail Camp offers 16 designated sites plus a group area accommodating up to 108 individuals, suitable for tents and small trailers. It is designed for equestrian campers along the Shore-to-Shore Trail. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. There is also a submersible pump requiring a 5,000 watt generator. No electrical hookups available. Sites are first-come, first-served with no reservations. Overnight fee is $20 per site. Additional Info: Located 5.5 miles north of Arlene via M-42 and Lucas Road in Missaukee County.
