Hope Island Group Site

Hope Island Group Site is a boat-in group campsite in Hope Island Marine State Park, located in the South Sound west of Squaxin Island. The site is on the southwestern side of the island, 200 ft west of the main stairs, with a pebble beach approach and short walk from the beach. It offers access to serene hiking trails around the island, an old farm orchard with apples in fall, and wildlife viewing including deer, hawks, herons, seals, and whales. Amenities include picnic tables and a vault toilet approximately 150 ft northeast. No fires allowed; pack-in pack-out required. Fees: $12/night for up to 8 people. First come, first served; no reservations.
