Hick's Park Campground
About this site
A campground in the main boulder area on the Yellowstone District. Additional Info: Located at 5,500 feet elevation in Custer Gallatin National Forest, this 5-acre campground features 16 sites surrounded by gentle hills and coniferous forest. The Boulder River provides excellent fishing opportunities, and the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness is nearby. Access road is narrow with no turnaround, suitable only for vehicles under 32 feet; travel with trailers is not recommended south of Hells Canyon. Access is limited during fall and winter due to snow. Typically operates Memorial Day through Labor Day.
