Herrick Recreation Area is a 113-acre county park in Clare, Michigan, featuring 73 modern campsites with 20/30 amp electric hookups, community water spigots, RV dump station, and modern ADA-accessible bathhouse with showers and toilets. Additional amenities include 5 rustic cabin rentals, sandy swimming beach, 3 fishing ponds, boat launch for electric motors only, 2 playgrounds, volleyball, horseshoes, picnic areas, and pavilions. Located near Pere Marquette Rail-Trail. Open May through early October.
