Helm Creek Campground
About this site
Helm Creek Campground is a backpacking site in Garibaldi Provincial Park, British Columbia, featuring 30 tent platforms, pit toilets, bear cache lockers, and bear hangs. Located in alpine meadows surrounded by snowcapped mountains near Helm Creek, with water filtration recommended from the creek. No dogs allowed in alpine areas. Accessed via a steep 8-15km trail with 1550m elevation gain from the trailhead. Additional Info: Access is hike-in only, approximately 2.5 hours up. Ideal base for hikes to Panorama Ridge and views of Black Tusk.
