Dispersed camping sites along Pack River Road (Forest Road 231) in the Idaho Panhandle National Forests. Over 30 first-come, first-served sites with no toilets, no potable water, and no trash service. 14-day stay limit enforced. Pack out everything, use existing fire rings, and dig catholes at least 200 feet from the river. Additional Info: Accessible by turning west off US 95 at Samuels onto Pack River Road, leading to upper Pack River areas including headwaters regions, alpine lakes, and national forest lands.
