Dispersed camping Additional Info: One of 50 designated dispersed campsites within the Hartman Rocks Recreation Area, a 14,000-acre BLM-managed area near Gunnison, Colorado. All sites are first come, first served with no fees. No hookups, potable water, or developed facilities available. The recreation area features 45 miles of singletrack trails, 45 miles of roads, and numerous rock climbing crags. Accessible restrooms are located at The Base Area and at the intersection of BLM Roads 3505 and 3500.
