Hardscrabble Bottom B

Hardscrabble Bottom Campground B is a designated primitive backcountry campsite along the White Rim Trail in Canyonlands National Park's Island in the Sky district, near the Green River. This medium site consists mostly of sand with patches of packed dirt and scrub brush providing slight wind shelter but no shade. It accommodates up to 15 people and 3 vehicles. Access requires high-clearance 4x4 vehicle over rugged terrain including Hardscrabble Hill. The site has a private toilet. River access is available nearby. Sites are spaced for privacy. Bring all water (1 gallon per person per day minimum) and supplies; no potable water or other amenities.
