Hale Scout Reservation is a 620-acre Boy Scouts of America summer camp located in the Winding Stair Mountains of Southeastern Oklahoma, nestled in the Ouachita National Forest. It operates May-July only, offering aquatics, shooting sports including archery, rifle, shotgun, skeet and trap, merit badge programs, hiking, and rugged outdoor challenges. The camp provides wall tents on wooden platforms (1 per 2 people), cots not provided, and each campsite has access to a power outlet. Address: 1 Camp Tom Hale Rd, Talihina, OK 74571.
