Haldimand Conservation Area Campground

Haldimand Conservation Area is a 228-site campground nestled along the shores of Lake Erie, operated by the Long Point Region Conservation Authority. The park offers over 230 campsites across four campground areas, with approximately 165 sites featuring electrical, water, and sewer hookups. Amenities include a scenic lakefront picnic pavilion, water access, modern comfort stations with showers and washrooms, a communal picnic pavilion for group gatherings, and an on-site playground. The conservation area is a popular destination for camping, swimming, and birdwatching. Located minutes west of Selkirk near Nanticoke, Ontario, it provides access to local museums and small-town attractions. The camping season runs from May 1 through October 15 each year. Reservations are required and can be made online at longpoint.goingtocamp.com.
