Gunnison KOA Journey is a mixed-use campground featuring 100% grass-covered sites with both RV and tent camping options. The campground offers full hookups (30/50 amp electric, water, sewer) on RV sites and water/electric on tent sites. Amenities include clean bathrooms with showers, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, propane, firewood, a dog park, petting zoo with farm animals, and a Kamping Kitchen. RV sites accommodate up to 100 feet in length. The campground is located 1.5 miles west of Gunnison on Highway 50 and is open seasonally from May 15 to October 15. Blue Mesa Reservoir, Colorado's largest body of water, is approximately 8 miles away, offering fishing and water recreation opportunities. Nearby attractions include Crested Butte wildflowers and outdoor activities such as fishing, biking, hiking, and rafting.
