Guajataka Scout Reservation, also known as Campamento Guajataka or 'El Santuario de Amistad,' is the Puerto Rico Council's primary scouting camp located in San Sebastián near Guajataca Lake. Established in 1938, it spans over 300 cuerdas with capacity for 500 campers across cabins, tent sites, and other areas. Amenities include a dining hall for 500, lodging cabins with bunk beds, showers, toilets, drinking water, nature lodge, canoe base on the lake, first aid lodge/station, and year-round programming for scouting units, families (ages 13+), and non-affiliated groups. Additional Info: Open 365 days a year with activities like camping, seminars, leadership training, bird watching, stargazing, canoeing, kayaking, and indoor options for rainy days.
