About this site
Group Camp 5 is a group camping facility within Allegany State Park on the Quaker Lake side. The camp includes 18 insulated cabins with four beds each (72 people total capacity). Each cabin features two separate rooms—one with benches, table, propane heater, and beds; the other an open space for gear and supplies. A central mess hall accommodates up to 85 people seated at 14 tables. Seven individual bathrooms with showers (three handicap accessible) are located centrally within walking distance of all cabins. The facility is pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
