About this site

This campground is located in a beautiful forested setting, with the Oregon Caves tiol Monument located approximately 5 miles further down the road. Several of the campsites are located along Sucker Creek, which also provides cool waters to jump in or just soak your feet in on hot summer days. Revel in the amazing biodiversity that is so unique to the Illinois Valley by venturing out on the 1 mile loop trail suitable for families that leads to Grayback Creek and around the historical Civilian Conservation Corps camp at the Cedar Guard Station. There is a pleasant day use area with a small amphitheater and a large picnic area, complete with shelters and a fireplace. Facilities: 39 campsites (tent-sites) with picnic tables, and fire pits, 10 day use sites, Drinking water, Vault toilets, Garbage disposal, Campground host available. Fee info: Overnight Use: Single Site: $15 per night Additional Vehicle Fee: $5 per vehicle per night Additional Info: Spring - Fall season. Check-in 2pm, check-out 12pm. Quiet hours 10pm-6am. Dogs on leash. Maximum stay 14 days. Potable water availability subject to seasonal conditions.
