The property features free-form camping with no assigned sites, 2 mountain streams, 2 fishing ponds (no license required), and 18 miles of trails including hikes to mountains higher than Old Rag. Amenities include a seasonal pool, swimming hole on the Rose River, mountain biking trails, farm animal shows and tell (weekends), bluegrass music events, yoga, and massages. The lodge offers dining and a campfire gathering space. Pet-friendly on leads. No hookups available. Sanitary dump and big rig friendly vehicle facilities provided.
