Gooseberry Mesa offers dispersed camping near Zion National Park in southern Utah's red rock country. The area provides stunning views of Zion's sandstone formations and surrounding desert mesas from an elevation of about 5,200 feet. Sites are first-come, first-served with no facilities. Access via rough roads requiring high clearance vehicles recommended. Popular for mountain biking, hiking, stargazing, and sunrise/sunset viewing.
