About this site
Goose River BackCountry Site #1 is one of several backcountry campsites located in the Goose River Valley at the southwest boundary of Fundy National Park. Accessed by backpacking or mountain biking the 11.4 km Goose River Trail from Point Wolfe parking lot through coastal spruce forest with Bay of Fundy views. Reservations required at the park visitor centre or by phone. Additional Info: Backcountry sites are reached after crossing streams and valleys; some sites offer views of Martin Head and the Fundy Coast. Site limited to groups of four persons. Tide schedule recommended for beach exploration.
