Golden Rock Campground is a primitive tent-only campground maintained by Downriver Canoe Company, located riverside at Compton Rapid on the Shenandoah River. It provides fresh water, portable toilets, picnic tables, and firepits, but no showers or hot water. Tent camping only; no RVs or pop-ups.
