Golden Beach Campground
About this site
Golden Beach Campground is a New York State DEC facility located on the shore of 5,935-acre Raquette Lake in the Central Adirondacks. It offers 160-207 campsites with privacy, large and well-forested sites, and recreational opportunities including canoeing, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. A sandy beach is available. The campground is divided into a main section with standard amenities and remote roadside spurs with direct lake access. Sites include picnic tables and fire rings. Additional Info: Season typically mid-May through early September or July 1 through Labor Day. Reservations required via ReserveAmerica.
