Godfrey Bridge Campground
About this site
Godfrey Bridge Campground is a primitive campground in Wharton State Forest along the Wading River, offering spacious, flat, moderately shaded sites suitable for tent and small RV camping. It features outhouses, picnic tables, trash service, and firewood availability. Water is available but requires a walk of about 1/3 mile from some sites. The area is popular for fishing, swimming, tubing, and hiking in the Pine Barrens ecosystem. Sites are reservable and allow pets and fires. Additional Info: Public campground managed by New Jersey state parks with proximity to an RV area across the road.
