Glendalough State Park Cart-in Campground
About this site
Cart-in campground with 22 secluded tent sites and 4 camper cabins nestled in woods near Annie Battle Lake. Each tent site is equipped with a provided wheeled cart to transport gear 200 to 1,300 feet from the parking area, along with a picnic table, fire ring, and storage bench to protect food from raccoons. Several campsites offer scenic views of Annie Battle Lake, and there is a small boat landing below the campground for water access. The campground offers shower facilities and vault toilets. Year-round cabins feature one sleeping room and a screened porch with electricity and heat. Seasonal cabins available April through October, or Thursday through Sunday during winter months. The cart-in design ensures a quiet, nature-focused experience ideal for families and campers seeking a more primitive setting while still maintaining reasonable access to their gear. Additional Info: Open year-round with reservations available. Pets allowed. Campfires allowed. Potable water available. No dump station, electric hookups, water hookups, or sewer hookups at tent sites.
