Gerber South Campsite
About this site
Gerber South Campsite is one of the developed campgrounds in the Gerber Recreation Area on Gerber Reservoir in southern Oregon, managed by the Bureau of Land Management. It offers primitive camping with picnic tables and fire rings at individual sites. Vault toilets are available. During peak season (mid-May to mid-September), amenities include drinking water, trash service, and a camp host. Off-season (starting October 1), camping is free with no services provided. Pets are allowed on leash. No hookups available. Open year-round, first-come first-served. Additional Info: There are approximately 50 sites across Gerber North and South campgrounds. Maximum vehicle length around 30 feet. Boat ramp and day-use areas nearby.
