Gem Island is a single campsite island on Lake George, located northeast of Phantom Island. The island is ideal for small groups with a maximum capacity of 4 people. The campsite is large and flat with a tent platform. The island provides beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. All Lake George island campsites include a dock for one boat, a picnic table, and toilet facility.
