FS Trail 6 (Harrison Lake Access) Additional Info: Trail #6 provides primary access to Harrison Lake from the Bonners Ferry area in Idaho Panhandle National Forests. The trail is approximately 4.5 miles long with 1,400 feet elevation gain, transitioning through brushy areas, old fir and spruce stands, and rocky sections with scenic views. Wildlife viewing opportunities include deer, bear, elk, marmots, pikas, and birds. Open mid-June to October, weather permitting.
