French Gulch Campground provides a good base camp for day trips to other areas of the Red River Ranger District, with two campsites and vault toilet. Additional Info: Free, first-come first-served. Located at 4,210 feet elevation along French Gulch Creek with access to fishing in nearby Red River. Pack out all trash; no garbage service.
