Designated wild camping site along Forest Road 62 (Lower Hyalite Creek Road) in Hyalite Canyon, Custer Gallatin National Forest. This is a first-come, first-served dispersed site accessible by vehicle. Additional Info: Camping in Hyalite is restricted to developed campgrounds and designated signed sites only. No dispersed camping allowed elsewhere along the road or creek corridor. Road closed to motorized vehicles April 1 through May 16 annually.
