Backcountry campground in South Mountains State Park requiring reservations. $17/night. Park gate hours: Open 7:00 AM daily (except Christmas); closing varies seasonally from 7:00 PM (Dec-Feb) to 10:00 PM (May-Sep). Backcountry campers must record vehicle tag numbers at park office. Drive-in access to parking, then hike to sites. Tent sites with picnic table, firewood available, reservable, showers, toilets, pets allowed, fires permitted.
