Fox Lake Campground

Fox Lake Campground is a municipal campground located 3 km west of Hanna, Alberta on Palliser Trail. The campground features 44 total sites including tent sites and RV sites with varying levels of service: 19 sites with 15 amp power, 7 sites with 30 amp power and water, and 18 full-service sites with water, sewer, and 30 amp power. Amenities include modern washrooms with coin-operated accessible showers, potable water, firewood for sale, and 4 hours of free Wi-Fi daily. The recreation area offers a boat launch for smaller craft, floating dock, beach, swimming area, horseshoe pits, beach volleyball, playground, and day-use beach camp kitchen. The area is popular for birdwatching, geocaching, fishing, and canoeing. Group camping is available by reservation (Owl's Nest group area). Individual sites are first-come-first-served. Open May 15 to September 15 annually.
