Fowl Lake
About this site
Fowl Lake is a backcountry alpine lake camping area located approximately 12km north of Pemberton, British Columbia. The site offers lakeside meadow camping with sandy water access and is accessed via a 4.2km one-way hiking trail from the Chain Lakes trailhead. The campsite features quality flagged sites with waterfront access and ample camping opportunities along the west shore. Running water is available from multiple sources around the lake, with the most substantial flows from upper Fowl Lake on the northwest side. The area is suitable for fishing, particularly in the evening, and offers scenic alpine views. Note: Mosquitoes can be intense during calm weather in summer months.
