Foster Field Group Area is a designated group camping area in Baxter State Park for groups of 13 or more people, with 3 sites: site #1 holds 12 people, site #2 holds 13 people, and site #3 holds 25 people. Check-in is at Katahdin Stream Ranger station. Reservations required by phone, mail, or in person at BSP HQ in Millinocket; not available online. Part of Katahdin Stream Campground, accessible by vehicle via dirt road from Togue Pond Gate (8 miles, allow 30 minutes).
