Fort Flagler Upper Campground is a seasonal campground (April to October) nestled in the forest on a high bluff above the beach, offering 47 standard sites without hookups, best for tent campers and smaller rigs up to 20-25 feet, plus 4 walk-in sites for more seclusion. Amenities include flush toilets, hot showers (limited to one men's and one women's), drinkable water, picnic tables, fire rings, dump station, garbage/recycling, and camp hosts. RVs up to 20 feet allowed but no hookups.
